During our Group Tours you will be accompanied by an experienced tour leader, who knows the area well, speaks the local language and shows you the sights with great enthusiasm.
Every evening, after dinner, he or she will discuss the bike trip of the following day. After this the tour leader will often take you on an evening stroll.
Furthermore, tour leader will try to solve any problems with the bikes that may occur along the way. And he or she makes sure all goes well during your entire tour. In case of problems, complaints or remarks, you can talk to him or her and discuss your issue(s). He or she will try to solve the matter during your holiday, but if this isn’t possible your tour leader will try to do so as soon as possible afterwards.
